Running fMRIproc on HPC Clusters
================================

fMRIproc supports **SGE (Sun Grid Engine) and SLURM** for cluster execution.

Check Scheduler Type
--------------------

Submitting Jobs
---------------

For both **SGE**/ **SLURM**, the command is the same. The command is configured properly depending on the system.
