For full functionality, fMRIproc relies on the following external tools:

• FSL - General image processing (recommended)

• ITK-Snap - Manual segmentation & ROI drawing.

• FreeSurfer - Surface reconstruction.

• SPM & CAT12 - Bias correction and segmentation.

• ANTs - Image registration.
