Running fMRIproc on HPC Clusters

fMRIproc supports SGE (Sun Grid Engine) and SLURM for cluster execution.

Check Scheduler Type

Submitting Jobs

For both SGE/ SLURM, the command is the same. The command is configured properly depending on the system.
